The "Collaborator" Role

Since version 1.1, you can share your lists with other users inside your WordPress site by adding them as a collaborator. 

Collaborators have modified access to Docket WP, allowing them to manage tasks (add, complete, edit, & delete), but restrict them from being able to create new lists or access your list libraries.

You can add someone as a collaborator as long as they have a WordPress login to the website— no matter their WordPress user role level.
